	Strategic leadership is all about aligning your goals with sound leadership practices. It does no good to focus on a leadership area that will not move you forward. The aim is to get you pointed in the right direction. To enable you to find your true north in the given situation.
*Our Work*
	The work of building strategic leadership skills begins with the formation of an alliance and assessment. Working with me as your coach - as an ally - adds an outside perspective to the assessment of the situation. This is followed by beginning a focused collaboration aimed at the generation of creative ideas and tools, and establishment of the conditions required to succeed. Working together the plan is designed and implemented. It will include processes for on-going feedback and refinement. This keeps you aligned with your goals and on course.
