Focused Interactions

  You have just left a meeting where you wanted the client to agree to your proposal. As you walk away, you realize that you have not gotten the agreement you wanted and may now be further from that goal than before the meeting.

Developing the skills of having focused interactions may be the central work we will do together. This skill, for many, is key to movement in their business and personal lives.

The work here involves EQ or emotional intellegence. It centers on how our personal and social interactions often have no clear direction. It offers strategies to increase effectiveness in areas of influence, change management, virtual team leadership, and matrix management.
